Dellaposta: Our focus on net new, managed print services customers has resulted in a 300% increase in net new placements.
CR: What was your biggest concern in 2019?
Dellaposta: Finding interested and talented team members to help fuel organic growth.
CR: What product category, solution or service offers the best diversification opportunity for Doing Better Business in 2020?
Dellaposta: Production and industrial print.
