Last fall I had the good fortune to visit Epson in Japan and learn about the company’s unique inkjet technology that it is bringing to the dealer channel starting with a series of A3 MFPs. It was an amazing trip and an educational experience and I encourage you to read my report.
Our 2020 CR-Connect Dealer Tour series kicks off with a visit to SumnerOne in Springfield, MO, a dealership in the midst of a generational transition. Finally, last October while attending the Sharp dealer meeting we were so impressed by Sharp Product Management Specialist Allison Holmes that we had to introduce her to our readers as this month’s Young Influencer.
