In this week’s episode of Fridays with Frank, our founder Frank G. Cannata is “pumped” about the new, up-to-date dealer contract announced earlier this month by Konica Minolta. Before dealer owners get all territorial and riled up about some of the changes, he suggests tapping the brakes and seeing how it plays out.
The updated agreement is legitimate and a win-win, according to Frank. “I think it’s the right thing to do,” he proclaims. Why? Because Frank doesn’t think dealers “get hurt by anything they [Konica Minolta] are doing . . . . It’s good for the health of the industry.” Please listen in to hear his LDI anecdote and learn about the one thing that dealers cannot afford, particularly in the enterprise environment.
