Chassi, an SaaS startup that serves manufacturing, distribution and supply chain organizations who use SAP’s Business One and FORZA enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, has introduced Orders Center. The business agility SaaS solution reportedly provides dealers with unmatched visibility and measurability of their business operations, specifically their quote-to-cash. Orders Center identifies who has worked on an order, what they did, and when, so the entire team can be on the same page.
Using Orders Center, dealers will have a singular, one-page view of the status of every order in their system and be alerted if any orders are aging and need to be checked on. Where it would take team members days to track down an order’s status, they can simply check Chassi and tell the customer while they’re still on the phone, according to the company.
Dealers can also drill into an individual order and understand the timeline of every update and how each completed document relates to the others, instantly and without any data scientists.
