Higher Information Group has announced it has completed its acquisition of Office Equipment Source, a family-owned technology company based in Elmira, N.Y.

HIG will retain all existing OES sales, service, and support staff. Additionally, principals Mike Mitchell and Drew Mitchell will continue in executive roles with OES as part of the Higher Information Group family.
