Accent Imaging, Inc., is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tampa, Florida-based Xact Supply Co., Inc. (XACT).
XACT has been a long-time leading provider of wide format engineering equipment, service, and supplies to the Florida market. Owners Andy and Skip Keaton have been dedicated to that task since acquiring the company in 1995.
Accent Imaging, founded in 1984, is a leading provider of office technology solutions in the Southeast United States. Accent Imaging has strong partnerships with world-leading office equipment manufacturers such as Canon, HP, KIP, and Brother. Accent also offers digital printing services in select North Carolina markets.
Accent Imaging’s President and CEO Mike Stodder stated, “I’ve known Andy and Skip for many years and have always been impressed with how they’ve managed their business. Skip Keaton will be the branch manager for Accent Imaging in Tampa, and all XACT service personnel have joined the Accent Imaging Team.
