There have been many over the years, but the most recent success has to do with these FTG Empower Hour Webinars we’ve been hosting the last couple of weeks (April 2021). What makes them successful is we created an enjoyable platform where our customers and prospects can share insights, lessons learned, and perspectives that “pay it forward” to other aspiring female leaders. They enjoy the limelight, cherish the new connections/network with like-minded leaders within our network of customers, and is an environment where we provide value to them, our employees, and our community. Our first webinar was a big hit, which consisted of mainly existing clients, but now we have a nice mix of clients and prospects wanting to participate, and there’s so much to gain from hearing about their experiences.
