How much do you know about artificial intelligence (AI)? If you are like me, there is so much to learn about this rapidly evolving technology. That’s why we are devoting virtually our entire April issue to AI.
These days, virtually every industry event has an AI component. When Editor-in-Chief Scott Cullen and I traveled to the Executive Connection Summit in Scottsdale, Arizona, earlier this year, little did we know how pervasive this topic would be from the first session to the last. To say I learned much about AI at ECS would be an understatement. Even so, I have learned more about AI by reading the articles in this issue. I trust that you will, too. Scott and his writers have put together comprehensive and compelling content that explores AI from a variety of angles beginning with our cover feature “How to Start Using AI in Your Dealership” by industry veteran and thought leader Greg Walters. According to Greg, the opportunities to use AI are there for dealers of all sizes.
In addition to our cover story, our AI issue highlights include:
AI’s Challenges and Opportunities in the Office Technology Segment – Editor-in-Chief Scott Cullen contends that there is so much to learn and so many concerns to address about AI, and the time to do that is now.
The AI Evolution: The Technology is Accelerating to the Next Level – Contributing Editor Noel Ward discusses how artificial intelligence may not be new, but it’s poised to become even more prominent in the office technology industry.
Generative AI is Reshaping and Reinventing Document Management – Contributing Editor Mark Vruno examines how this disruptive technology possesses powers that make for a less chaotic next phase of our data-laden digital age, particularly in the ECM/document management space.
AI in Action: Copilot’s Role in Streamlining the Recruitment Process – Contributing writer Kate Gragg reports on how Konica Minolta is beta testing the program, which has the potential to make hiring more equitable.
Does Your Company Need an AI Policy? – After attending ECS and hearing Joseph Brunsman of The Brunsman Group, Scott reconnected with Brunsman to learn why this rapidly evolving technology requires internal and external safeguards by organizations using it.
Maximizing Sales Training and Prospecting with AI – Kate interviews Kate Kingston of Kingston Training Group about how her organization is proactively enhancing its sales training using artificial intelligence.
CR-Connect 2024 Dealer Tour – Milner–A Model for Success in a Volatile and Evolving Industry – Scott interview Tom McMahon, president of Milner about the dealership’s past, present, and future.
Besides these features focused exclusively on artificial intelligence, you’ll also find our monthly Japanese Headlines and Outside the Box columns.
