This week, Kathryn Murph, president of ABR Digital Office Solutions in Savannah, GA, shares which product categories are doing well for ABR and which segments of the business she’d like to see do better. ABR Digital Office Solutions, the subject of our July/August CR-CONNECT Dealer Tour profile, had its second-best year ever in 2020.
What’s hot?
Murph: Production. We’ve just sold two new production devices. And there is a large educational opportunity that we’re trying to take down.
What’s not?
Murph: We jumped into the unified communications arena and have had moderate success. I figured it would take off like wildfire, but Savannah is usually five to 10 years behind industry trends. We haven’t had any hiccups and it’s not doing poorly, but it hasn’t taken off like I thought it would.
