Greetings Members and Friends, Click here to access a PDF of our November issue.
It has been quite a month thanks in large part to Unite & Conquer, our virtual 35th Anniversary Awards & Charities Gala. If you weren’t able to attend, you can view a video of the event on YouTube. The Cannata Report team is still flying high from that event, but we are equally excited to present Part 2 of our 35th Annual Dealer Survey. This year’s Survey theme, “The Calm Before the COVID Storm,” as I noted last month, is particularly apt as this year’s findings examine dealers’ financial performance and observations about their technology, solutions, and services providers pre-pandemic (2019). As you may have already seen in our October issue, 2019 was a good year for most dealers in terms of revenue. We all know what’s happened this year and that data will be reflected in next year’s Survey. Here and now, dealers identify their biggest concerns, and rate their A3, A4, production print, and software providers. I encourage you to check out our Survey and learn how dealers rate their suppliers.
You can access The Cannata Report’s November 35th Annual Dealer Survey issue PDF on the upper left-hand corner of the thecannatareport.com’s MAGAZINE landing page, or via digital posts.
In addition to the Survey, our latest CR-Connect Dealer Tour takes us to the San Francisco Bay Area for a virtual visit with Dean Swenson of The Swenson Group. Dean has a fascinating story to tell. He began his career as a Xerox sales rep and then became a Xerox agent before starting his own independent dealership.
You’ll also want to check out our coverage of RISO’s remote demo initiative, Ricoh’s latest direct-to-garment print technology, and get the latest on barcode and label printers, and the ConnectWise cybersecurity study.
