PaperCut announced a new annual event, Partner Summit 2022, that outlines its initiatives and solutions.
PaperCut’s support program for the channel kicks off with the virtual Partner Summit scheduled for 9.30am GMT on Thursday 17 February 2022. Exclusively for PaperCut’s ASCs, Resellers and OEMs, the event brings together its channel ecosystem to hear motivational presentations from external speakers – including global market intelligence firm IDC, and investor, advisor, adventurer, and alternative futurist Gus Balbontin – as well as learning more about PaperCut’s 2022 strategic vision and its channel-friendly solutions.
To that end, Partner Summit attendees will also learn how PaperCut will support its channel community in targeting vertical sectors including education and healthcare. There’ll be in-depth updates and roadmap reviews on PaperCut’s product portfolio including PaperCut MF and PaperCut Hive.
Additionally, they will also hear how PaperCut Multiverse – PaperCut’s remote print management and support platform solution – adds visibility and control for partners across PaperCut products. PaperCut Multiverse benefits the channel by enabling it to move away from break-fix to proactive support models and to remotely monitor and manage customer PaperCut instances from anywhere at any time. Designed tech-first with the channel in mind, it helps make implementing, monitoring, supporting, and adding value to PaperCut customers easy.
Commenting on how PaperCut will help its channel partners make 2022 a success, PaperCut’s Matt Schotten, AMS regional director, stated: “At PaperCut, we’re really enthused about 2022, and we’re determined to make this a great year for our valued channel partners. They are fundamental to helping us achieve our goals this year. That’s why we are laser-focused on giving the channel the knowledge, tools and power it needs to succeed. The Partner Summit is a great opportunity to talk
about the product portfolio, the recent releases, and what’s to come from PaperCut that will benefit the channel. It’s also a chance to demonstrate our commitment to helping the channel grow and succeed through a wide range of tailored solutions, combined with the support, training, knowledge and tools they need to succeed and secure PaperCut’s place as their print management software partner for the future.”
