From 1 to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 14, the Southeast district of the Business Technology Association (BTA) will host an online Zoom meeting, “Facing the Future Together: Navigating 2021 & Beyond.” The meeting is open to BTA members and non-members. Registration is free, so sign up today.
The meeting will include a 45-minute panel discussion with manufacturer representatives moderated by BTA General Counsel Bob Goldberg, followed by 15 minutes of Q&A three 15-minute BTA Talks on Hot Topics — presentations focusing on subjects relevant to dealers; and all dealer attendees will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of 15 $1,000 vouchers (only one voucher can be won per dealership) that can be used for the March 2021 Spring Break event. Spring Break will be held March 18-19, 2021, in Orlando, Florida.
The panel discussion, “Facing the Future Together: Navigating 2021 & Beyond,” will feature panelists from three manufacturers. The panelists: Laura Blackmer, senior vice president of dealer sales at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. Inc.; Jim Coriddi, vice president of the Ricoh Family Group U.S. Dealer Division; and Mike Marusic, president and CEO of Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America. Attendees will have 15 minutes after the panel to ask questions of these industry leaders. The panel is sponsored by Konica Minolta, Ricoh, and Sharp.
Following the panel, three BTA Talks on Hot Topics will be held. These presentations will include: “COVID Fallout,” led by Goldberg; “MNS Security,” led by Brian Suerth, president of Technology Assurance Group; and “Economic Update,” led by John Beriau, senior vice president and wealth management advisor at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. These presentations are sponsored by Epson, Technology Assurance Group and Xerox.
