Flex Technology Group announced Zarek Woodfork has rejoined FTG as vice president of sales and development for FTG California. In his new role, Woodfork will lead FTG California’s sales strategy and expansion efforts across California, building on the organization’s strong momentum from 2024.
Widely respected for his ability to cultivate industry relationships, his impressive work ethic and passion for elevating both people and brands, Woodfork brings a dynamic leadership approach to the team. A seasoned industry leader, Woodfork previously spent nearly 15 years at FTG. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his ability to drive sales growth, develop high-performing teams and implement scalable strategies. Before entering the business world, Woodfork served as a Bay Area police officer—a role that shaped his leadership approach—teaching him to navigate complex situations, lead with empathy and remain composed under pressure.

Woodfork holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in leadership and organizational change from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California. Beyond his professional achievements, he has been an active board member for various non-profit organizations and previously served on the City of Oakland’s Budget Advisory Committee.
