Xerox has been named a leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Cloud Managed Print and Document Services Hardcopy 2024 Vendor Assessment. The IDC MarketScape study evaluated vendors in the market for managed print and document services and other cloud-based contractual print service models to target both enterprises and small and medium-sized businesses. The study focused on services delivered as part of a cloud-based deployment and overall approach to the managed print services market.
