Ricoh USA, Inc. has announced a cloud-hosted, vendor-agnostic solution to gather high-value data from across operations. RICOH Supervisor collects, sorts and analyzes data from Internet of Things endpoints and presents it in visual dashboards. These dashboards can be tailored to measure a variety of key performance indicators (KPIs).
