Pulse Technology announced that Jeremy Gerstenberg has been named director of IT Managed Services.
In this role, he will oversee the Managed Services (IT) programs for Pulse Technology’s clients as well as oversee the internal IT for the company’s Illinois and Indiana locations. Providing Managed IT is a major, and growing portion of the Pulse Technology business model.
He comes to Pulse Technology from Impact Networking, where he held positions including Senior Field Network Engineer, Lead Field Network Engineer, and then District Manager in both Bolingbrook, IL and Hammond, IN locations. He has been in the IT field for more than 22 years.
