Pulse Technology launched its Full Service Cloud Voice Program.
Pulse Technology created the program in response to growing customer demand for a simplified, all-inclusive program that would encapsulate all of the key products and services a business needs in order to solidify its IT and communications infrastructure. The Full Service Cloud Voice Program enables CEOs to make technological improvements to their businesses on-the-fly, without the large capital outlays often associated with company infrastructure investments. The Pulse Technology program wraps all necessary components into a single package.
This is considered groundbreaking territory in the industry and will provide small to mid-sized companies (SMBs) access to elite-level services and infrastructure without the need for a huge technology investment budget. All services, routers, phones, POE (Power Over Ethernet) switches, and QoS (Quality of Service) are included.
One problem that CEOs face when adding new technology to their network is that they are left with dozens of new bills, all on varying billing cycles from multiple vendors. The Pulse Technology Full Service Cloud Voice Program removes this problem by centralizing all technologies into a single, consistent and affordable bill.
“Listening to what customers need makes it clear what you should build for them,” said Chip Miceli, CEO of Pulse Technology. “Over the years it’s become apparent that our customers would benefit dramatically from this kind of service, so we decided to innovate proactively and devise a solution. The reception has been very positive so far.”
Another unique program feature is that all services and hardware are offered on a month-to-month agreement, providing small to medium-sized businesses access to the same class of technology as Fortune 500 companies without the significant up-front investments normally required.
“The competition unfortunately locks customers into long-term contracts. For us, month-to-month means that we earn our customers’ business every month,” said Mr. Miceli. “Long-term contracts can have the effect of de-incentivizing companies from performing at their best. We are pleased to be changing this dynamic.”
This program bundles all services for SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), telephony hardware and all business application services into a single service. “CEOs and CFOs alike expect technology to make their lives easier and this program accomplishes that objective. We believe this solution will be a game-changer in our industry,” said Mr. Miceli.
