Pulse Technology is celebrating 15 years of Better Business Bureau accreditation.
The Better Business Bureau of Chicago & Northern Illinois bases its accreditation on a company’s transparency, trustworthiness and integrity. The BBB website states, “In a market saturated with companies vying for customers, BBB accreditation gives consumers confidence that they are dealing with an ethical and vetted business.”
Pulse Technology has been an Accredited Member of the Better Business Bureau since 2008, with this latest Certification of Accreditation reflecting the 15th consecutive year that Pulse Technology has achieved this designation.
Pulse Technology has been singled out for other recognitions from the Better Business Bureau of Chicago & Northern Illinois as well. In 2020 Pulse received the BBB’s an A+ rating (2020). And in 2022 Pulse was selected as a BBB Torch Winner, an award bestowed on only six to ten businesses annually from a field of over 100 full vetted entries. The Torch Award spotlights companies that exemplify marketplace trust and excellence.
“We are pleased to celebrate a 15-year relationship with the Better Business Bureau,” said Chip Miceli, CEO of Pulse Technology. He continued, “We thank the BBB for all it does to support the business community. Their organization provides great service to the region, and we know that business owners and customers place great value in BBB recommendations.”
