PRINTING United Alliance announced the launch of an executive-focused event, the PRINTING United Leadership Summit, which will take place at the PGA National Resort in West Palm Beach, Florida on February 12-14, 2024. The organization previously hosted SPIRE, which just concluded for 2023, and brought together industry leadership annually for multiple days of presentations, discussions, and fellowship.
The PRINTING United Leadership Summit is built on the foundation of trust and support that made SPIRE successful. It is designed to provide an open and supportive environment where attendees are encouraged to be transparent, positive, engaging, collaborative, and willing to share their successes and failures. In doing so, the goal is to generate actionable takeaways and cultivate higher levels of innovation.
The 2024 Leadership Summit will address the industry’s most pressing challenges in a peer-to-peer environment where exclusive research-based presentations are offered based on the Alliance’s invaluable annual research studies. The agenda will include sessions based on analysis from business intelligence reports, as well as findings from exclusive studies that identify the top segments for printing in the U.S. market and the convergence/diversification patterns across the industry.
Following the popular Summit format, executive boardroom sessions moderated by professional facilitators will be offered. An attendee-only executive briefing will be created and distributed to all attendees that includes input from all groups with actionable takeaways and best practices. The event will additionally serve as a time to unwind with industry colleagues in a tropical, luxury setting with social activities to round out the experience, as is custom for the popular Summit events.
“The landscape for printing executives and their teams is getting more complex,” says Mark J. Subers, president, events and exhibitions, PRINTING United Alliance. “Our annual SPIRE event has been a valuable series where executives could come together and share in success and discuss challenges being faced by their companies to date.
“The Leadership Summit will preserve the intimacy, collegiality, networking, and friendships forged at SPIRE, while adding an innovative framework and expanding beyond the traditional wide-format segment to include new communities, such as commercial printers. Our teams met with 2023 SPIRE attendees and have built focus groups of industry leaders to report back on what would take an event like SPIRE to the next level, which they enthusiastically provided feedback on, all which is being incorporated into next year’s summit.”
