Stramaglio Consulting announced the addition of Operation New Uniform (ONU) to The Consortium.
Founded in Jacksonville, Florida, a decade ago, Operation New Uniform (ONU) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering active duty servicemembers, veterans, and military spouses as they transition from military life to purposeful, stable careers. ONU’s programs, grounded in Sandler’s globally recognized training principles, offer diverse learning environments—including in-person, virtual, and self-paced options—tailored to meet participants’ physical and emotional needs. These transformative programs are provided at no cost to students.
As the newest member of The Consortium, ONU looks forward to sharing its expertise in recruitment, training methodologies, coaching, mentoring, and networking practices. This collaboration aims to expand ONU’s reach across the United States, enhancing support for its students and fostering new opportunities for career success.
“What began as a simple idea to assist one U.S. Navy veteran a decade ago has evolved into a comprehensive transition training program that has supported nearly 600 active duty servicemembers, veterans, and military spouses,” said CEO and Co-Founder Michele McManamon.” Joining The Consortium presents a thrilling opportunity to expand our network and aid even more individuals in their journey to fulfilling civilian careers. We owe it to them and their families to honor their service and sacrifices.”
