Canon announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Canon Information and Imaging Solutions, Inc., has merged into Canon U.S.A. Inc.

Konica Business announced strategic changes to accelerate its business transformation, the company will transfer select sales offices to its independent dealer channel.
