Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. has tapped Duplo to bolster solutions for its production print device.
The 2022 PRINTING United show proved to be an unforgettable three days of demonstrations and networking. But there could only be one star of the show: the TASKalfa Pro 15000c, Kyocera’s sheet-fed, inkjet production printer, designed with a focus on transactional, trans-promotional, and book publishing. Attendees got an exclusive look at the game-changing device featuring the in-line Duplo Booklet Maker DBM-350, which offers finishing options to include booklet making, stapling, and much more. Also on display were Kyocera’s award-winning printheads that are used throughout the industry, along with a host of stunning media samples.
“This event has been a huge success. We are thrilled with the positive reaction and the opportunity to showcase our third-party finishing capabilities,” said Michael Poulin, director of product marketing for Production Printing at Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. He added, “Bringing the device on the road and allowing customers to see it up close was huge for us. There is a clear demand in the market for a new production print device that combines affordability with enduring quality, and many left the show with the TASKalfa Pro 15000c top of mind.”
“There was always going to be pressure on the organization for our very first PRINTING United appearance, but the team did a tremendous job,” Kyocera Document Solutions America’s President & CEO, Óscar Sánchez, as he reflected on the event. “The TASKalfa Pro 15000c is a world-class product with multiple USPs. Throughout the three days of PRINTING United, our production team worked tirelessly to share their unrivaled knowledge and expertise with customers so that they could make informed business decisions. I am confident that their hard work will pay off.”
The Las Vegas Convention Center was the perfect setting for the first PRINTING United event since the pandemic, and there was non-stop action at Kyocera’s booth.
“There is no more effective marketing tool than putting a product directly in the hands of the customers themselves,” said José Estébanez, Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. The output quality, media versatility, overall productivity, and user-friendliness of the TASKalfa Pro 15000c proved to be second to none.”
With print speeds of 146 images per minute, zero speed loss on heavier media, and the ability to print up to 3 million letter impressions, the TASKalfa Pro is the affordable sheet-fed inkjet printer that’s built to go the distance. Furthermore, a greater than 95% uptime and low-average power consumption give users a bigger bang for their printing buck.In terms of output quality, Kyocera’s award-winning inkjet printheads have long been a favorite among manufacturers across the industry. The optimized ink channels and ejection consistency lay the foundations for high-quality printing across multiple media types.
“The TASKalfa Pro 15000c certainly made an impression at PRINTING United, and this is just the beginning,” concludes Estébanez.
