Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. has announced the introduction of MyQ. This customizable, server-based solution provides Network Administrators with the ability to manage all devices in their fleet through a single web-based interface.
The application provides control over a wide range of key management functions: user-administration and set-up, tracking and auditing, device monitoring, administration, and accounting. MyQ also offers secure Print-&-Follow, one-touch scanning, and numerous analysis and reporting features.
“Simplicity is the #1 request from Network Administrators, all IT professionalds really,” explained Vikram Gupta, print solutions product manager, Corporate Marketing Division for Kyocera Document Solutions America. “They expect things to be intuitive. MyQ absolutely meets that expectation.”
MyQ provides visibility of all administrative control on a single web interface, accessible from any device with an internet connection. The app also enables an individually customizable interface on the MFP touchscreen, so each unique user can find shortcuts to their most frequently used operations.
MyQ runs on both Kyocera and non-Kyocera devices.
