The Gordon Flesch Company (GFC) partnered with Canon U.S.A. to host a technology summit at historic Wrigley Field on May 8. This event continued a tradition of pairing a cutting-edge technology showcase along with a customer appreciation event.
The event started with an introduction by Patrick Flesch, GFC president and CEO. Over 150 attendees then broke into groups for educational sessions to learn more about GFC services and cutting-edge Canon devices. Sessions included demonstrations of the newest hardware from Canon as well as discussions on Managed Print Services (MPS), Managed Voice and Managed IT.
“We’re proud to partner with our colleagues at Canon to bring this technology event to historic Wrigley Field,” says Patrick Flesch. “GFC is committed to assisting local Midwestern businesses in discovering the latest hardware, software and business solutions designed to help them run their businesses more efficiently.”
Wrigley Field was built in 1914 and is playing host to Major League Baseball for the 110th season in 2024. The ballpark provided a magnificent venue for the event, which coincided a beautiful, warm spring day.
Following the educational sessions, the attendees moved to the Budweiser Patio, where they were treated to a baseball game between the Chicago Cubs and the San Diego Padres. Lunch, drinks and a raffle drawing rounded out the afternoon event.
