IT Glue has announced an integration with Continuum. With this integration, both the in-house and Continuum Help Desk technicians can now leverage a single source to service clients.
IT Glue says its documentation platform aims to help MSPs reduce waste and maximize profit by having critical information. It enables MSPs to document and relate structured and procedural information.
Utilizing GlueConnect, MSPs can grant Continuum Help Desk access to their IT Glue information and documentation.
This integration also offers granular security control over which organizations users want to share with Continuum Help Desk. Users will also have full visibility into Help Desk technicians’ activities, with detailed activity logs.
