DocuWare has announced its acquisition of DocuScan. Headquartered in Erftstadt near Cologne, Germany, DocuScan a leading IT services provider in the field of digitization for over 20 years, has built its reputation by providing expert services and customized workflow automation solutions to medium sized enterprises throughout Germany.
