DOCUmation has acquired Documentworx, an imaging solutions firm located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Following a spelling change, documentWORKS will operate in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market as well as Houston and Austin.
“The addition of documentWORKS to these markets is a great opportunity for us,” says Preston Woolfolk, DOCUmation’s co-president. “It means continuing the growth we’ve experienced on the software solutions side of the business while expanding our presence and major account opportunities throughout our dynamic state.”
