Datamax Inc. has been named to the Canon Advanced Partner Program for the 10th consecutive year, holding its place as a top-tier Canon partner and garnering a number of client-facing benefits with the recognition.
This exclusive program recognizes the top 10 percent of Canon-authorized dealers across the country, for providing “high-quality products, service, and superior business practices,” according to Shinichi “Sam” Yoshida, executive vice president and General Manager, Business Information Communications Group, Canon USA.
“With the Advanced Partner Program, we put your business as our priority and deliver high-level company access, sales support tools, service training, and many more member perks. We look forward to working with you on the program offerings that best fit your business needs to make 2023 successful,” Yoshida said.
Datamax Inc. President Barry Simon says that being a Canon Advanced Partner since the program’s inception helps the organization build and sustain relationships both internally and externally.
“Being in this select group offers us the ability to meet with top-level people at Canon USA to help our employees and our customers should the need arise,” Simon said. “I think for myself and for our company, earning this recognition shows that we’re meeting our goals of being a quality dealer.”
The Datamax + Canon Partnership is in its 39th year, with a shared commitment to highest-caliber systems technology, top-level service response and resolution, and ultimately business technology solutions that make clients more productive. In addition to being a Canon Advanced Partner, Datamax has achieved Canon’s Association of Technical Service Professionals (ATSP) service recognition for 16 straight years.
“We’ve grown with Canon. We’ve formed a true partnership (with Canon USA), vs. just a vendor relationship. This partnership helped all of our employees stay on target for achieving our goals for 2022,” Simon said.
