Canon U.S.A., Inc. added a new office document scanner to its portfolio, the imageFORMULA DR-C225 II Small Business Edition Powered by Receipt Bank. When combined with the Dext Prepare with Receipt Bank software, this scanner can offer features to help users convert paper-based documents into digital files, track business invoices and bank statements, and scan receipts. Developed to help small business owners eliminate the need to enter receipts and invoices manually, Canon’s imageFORMULA DR-C225 II Small Business Edition Powered by Receipt Bank utilizes Dext’s software to allow users to extract data from documents and scan it into accounting and bookkeeping platforms like QuickBooks, Xero and Sage.
The imageFORMULA DR-C225 II document scanner also offers feeding and imaging. Equipped to scan up to 25 pages per minute in black and white, grayscale or color, this device can hold up to 45 sheets in its feeder and handle a variety of document types and sizes, including certain thick, thin, long and oversized documents, as well as plastic or embossed cards.
