Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, is excited to announce its new Client Services Group, designed to deliver world-class enterprise, production, and large-format printing solutions, alongside professional services. This new initiative is the latest phase in the company’s OneCanon strategy, which realigns internal operations to provide customers with seamless, value-added service across all levels.
The mission of the Client Services Group is to transform the way Canon serves its customers by empowering them to enhance their personal, professional, and artistic capabilities. The group will leverage Canon’s global and technological network to build stronger relationships, reduce barriers, and provide outstanding customer service and support.
“The formation of the Client Services Group aligns with Canon’s commitment to offering a streamlined and efficient support structure,” said Peter P. Kowalczuk, executive vice president, Client Services Group President, Canon U.S.A., Inc. “By refining our internal sales structure, we’re providing our customers with easier access to all Canon technology and products, alongside our service professionals. I am honored to lead this initiative, which will drive positive, sustainable change for our business and enhance the experience for our customers.”
Leadership within the Client Services Group will include Rob Reddy, who has been appointed senior vice president of sales, Large Format, Production, and Federal. Reddy, who has played a key role in refining sales methodologies within the Large Format Solutions division, will now expand his responsibilities to also cover the Production Technologies and Services (PTS) division.
