We recently launched our fundraising initiative with Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation (HMHF) with a $5,000 donation in memory of Sandy Lowery, wife of John Lowery of Applied Innovation. The donation was made on our fundraising website in partnership with HMHF, which can be accessed here.
We are dedicating our 2024 fundraising to breast cancer research. This initiative will complement the funds raised through ticket sales and corporate donations for our 39th Annual Awards & Charities Gala on November 7, 2024.
Our initiative will support research led by Rena Feinman, Ph.D at the Center for Discovery and Innovation at Hackensack Meridian Health, to identify innovative approaches to improve response to therapies for triple-negative breast cancer. We are dedicating our fundraising to all the women in our industry who have had breast cancer and to all colleagues and friends in the industry whom this disease and other forms of cancer have impacted.
While our donation is dedicated to Sandy Lowery, anyone who makes a contribution via our fundraising page can dedicate it in honor of a loved one, friend, or colleague. We will share those dedications on our website in the months leading up to our Gala.
Please consider sharing the address for our fundraising website with friends and colleagues. Thank you for joining us in our effort to raise funds to support breast cancer research.
