Advanced Imaging Solutions, Inc. (AIS) announced as of July 10, 2024, it has completed the acquisition of Anderson Business Technology (ABT) of Pasadena, California. ABT, a historical dealership with a rich heritage since 1912, joins the AIS family, bringing decades of expertise and a loyal customer base.
AIS is a renowned industry leader in providing comprehensive office technology solutions, including copiers, printers, managed IT services, VoIP phone systems, security cameras with access control, and digital marketing services, to Nevada and Southern California markets. This acquisition allows AIS to expand its operations further and extend its high-quality services to the Pasadena and the greater Los Angeles region, while integrating ABT’s experienced team members.
