Advanced Business Methods announced its acquisition of Magic City Systems. The acquisition was finalized Nov. 18, marking a new chapter of growth and opportunity for both organizations.
This strategic partnership enhances Magic City Systems’ ability to deliver comprehensive technology services while allowing ABM to leverage new resources and expertise to better serve its clients in the Western Region of North Dakota. As part of this acquisition, all employees from Magic City Systems will join the ABM team, further strengthening its commitment to providing outstanding customer service and innovative solutions.
