Ed Smith has been a permanent fixture in this market for over 30 years. “For ABS, this was a strategic move and one that allows us to continue the execution of our growth strategy,” said Brian Woodfin, Founder and President of ABS. We have specific targets for the companies we acquire; the right people, place and purpose must align. Gary Smith, president of Ed Smith Office Machines, and I thought we had all three aspects, and the fit was perfect.
