Toshiba America Business Solutions has announced it has won the Brandon Hall Group Bronze award for excellence in corporate learning and development. Toshiba secured the recognition for the development of its Interactive Training Manual (ITM) supporting Toshiba’s award-winning e-STUDIO7506C series of multifunction printers (MFPs).
The web-based learning program is tailored to help Toshiba clients master the use of their e-STUDIO7506C series systems through interactive, step-by-step training modules on more than 100 product features.

The ITM ““ available in English and Spanish ““ additionally serves as a training tool for Toshiba’s salesforce across the United States, Mexico, and Central and South Americ. Interactive training manuals for Toshiba’s recently-introduced e-STUDIO2510AC, e-STUDIO5015AC and e-STUDIO5018A series of multifunction printers are also available.
The award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overallmeasurable benefits.
