Flex Technology Group (FTG) sponsored a fun evening for the children at Sunshine Acres Children’s Home on Thursday, December 13.
Sunshine Acres provides a loving home to children who are separated from their parents and gives them the guidance and support they need to lead successful adult lives. After its establishment in 1954, this inspiring non-profit organization has become home to more than 2000 children.
The FlexCare’s team hosted a Pizza Night at Sunshine Acres where over 100 kids came together to enjoy pizza and win raffle prizes. It was a spectacular night full of fun, laughter, and support. Our FTG employee volunteers are already looking forward to the next event as much the children are, if not more.
Shara Markwell from Sunshine Acres said “We are very grateful that Flex Technology Group held such a fantastic event for us, our kids had a wonderful night. Thank you for all of your continued support throughout the year. We appreciate all that you do for the children of Sunshine Acres.”
The FlexCares Program is designed to give back to the communities we serve. Part of the FTG culture that’s been developed over the years is predicated on helping and supporting organizations that help others. FTG is proud of the continued relationship with Sunshine Acres and we are happy that we’ve been able to host numerous events over the past several years for these amazing kids.
“Our success is much more than becoming a bigger national company,” said Rose Grande, Chief Human Resources Officer at FTG. “We believe that in order to be truly successful and make an impact, we must give back to the communities we serve. I’m pleased that we have established a relationship with such a great organization, and have been able to brighten the lives of the young ones at Sunshine Acres.”
