Copier Careers announced that Jessica Crowley, senior vice president and Jenna Humbert, regional recruiter, are the recipients of the Copier Careers Recruiting Excellence Award 2021.
Crowley has been recruiting with Copier Careers for over 11 years. She has focused on proactively recruiting in the Northeast for much of that time while also spearheading client relations and business development. In 2021, she exceeded three of her four quarterly quotas as well as her yearly quota. Jessica was promoted to senior vice president in 2020 and recently made her 500th candidate placement.
Humbert has been recruiting with Copier Careers for over a year, joining the company in January, 2021. A born recruiter, she quickly picked up Copier Careers’ Adaptive Retainer Recruiting® model in her first quarter and proceeded to exceed her remaining three quarterly quotas as well as her entire annual quota for 2021. Humbert proactively recruits for most of Copier Careers’ Midwest clients as well as those in Oklahoma and Texas.
This award honors Crowley and Humbert’s work and dedication in 2021, going above and beyond to match the best candidates with top industry employers. Their efforts change the lives of industry professionals and help their new companies to grow and evolve.
