The Star Tribune has named Coordinated Business Systems, as one of the 2022 Top Workplaces in Minnesota. This is the fourth consecutive year that Coordinated has received this recognition.
“I believe the 2022 Top Workplace award validates the wisdom of fostering an attitude of success, investing in ongoing training, offering career growth opportunities, viewing team members as family rather than just human capital, and always maintaining a focus on their work/life balance,” said Jim Oricchio, Founder and CEO of Coordinated Business Systems.
Produced by the same team that compiles the 31-year-old Star Tribune 100 report of the best-performing public companies in Minnesota, Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from over 79,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.
The results of the Star Tribune Top Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely based on employee responses from over 4,000 invited companies.
Oricchio continued, “Receiving the Top Workplace award for four years running is a direct reflection of how deeply our team values their working environment. I have heartfelt gratitude for our team’s commitment and dedication to each other and to our customers.”
Star Tribune Publisher Michael J. Klingensmith said, “The companies in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the absolute best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to Coordinated Business Systems and to all the other exceptional companies.”
Oricchio concluded, “In October 2022 our company begins celebrating its 40th anniversary. Coordinated’s four decades of success was achieved because of the continuous and extraordinary performance of our team.”
