Live Music, Dancing and…Chocolate Following Annual Awards & Charities Dinner
The Cannata Report’s 33rd Annual Awards & Charities Dinner will be Alive & Kicking this year, as will the official After Party that for the first time features live music, dancing and is exclusively sponsored by All Covered.
Skyline Drive, known for its wide musical repertoire, will perform immediately following the announcement of this year’s Frank Award winners and the close of the Cannata Dinner held November 8 at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, NJ.
“In keeping with our Alive & Kicking theme this year, we’re kicking it into high gear for the after party thanks to All Covered’s sponsorship,” said CJ Cannata, executive vice president and publisher, adding, “there are a number of surprises planned so it’s a must-attend for everyone. Most importantly, we want to see everyone on the dance floor.”
“All Covered continues to expand our collaboration and partnerships with the dealer community and even more so now with the recent acquisition of MWA FORZA, who previously sponsored this great event. We are very excited to continue with the sponsorship of the After Party and look forward to being with channel leaders as we celebrate The Cannata Report’s long-standing charitable contributions to the industry,” said Todd Croteau, president, All Covered.
When it’s time to take a break from the dancing, a specially created Chocolate Paradise Bar will be served that The Cannata Report’s own Carol Cannata has created in partnership with The Madison Hotel’s chef. For those whose feet keep dancing, All Covered has created a special take-home box to carry home the chocolate treats.
The Cannata Report’s Annual Awards & Charities Dinner honors leading executives and companies from the manufacturing, financial, software services and dealer segments of the business technology industry with Frank Awards bestowed each year based on the results of The Cannata Report’s Annual Dealer Survey sponsored by TIAA. In addition, this year The Cannata Report will bestow a Lifetime Achievement Award to industry icon Tom Johnson, founder of Global Imaging Systems.
This year the Cannata Dinner benefits Tackle Kids Cancer, a philanthropic program benefitting the Children’s Cancer Institute at Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack University Medical Center.
The Alive & Kicking theme for the Cannata Dinner and After Party is also the inspiration for the 3rd Annual Women Influencers Brunch held November 9 and sponsored by Ametek ESP, with co-sponsors EFI, Konica Minolta, and Supplies Network. The Brunch celebrates leading female executives featured in The Cannata Report’s 5th Anniversary Women Influencers issue (July/August 2018).
