The Cannata Report will present its 2019 Frank Awards on November 7, 2019, during its 34th Annual Awards & Charities Dinner at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, NJ. Sponsored by Hytec Dealer Services, PSIGEN Software, and Continuum, the event will raise funds for Tackle Kids Cancer, a philanthropic program benefitting the Children’s Cancer Institute at Hackensack Meridian Health.
The awards are based on dealer voting in The Cannata Report’s 34th Annual Survey. This year’s Survey, sponsored by TIAA Bank, yielded the greatest number of participants in the history of the Survey with 344 dealers participating, resulting in a competitive field of nominees across the 10 award categories.
The 2019 Frank Awards for Best Manufacturer, Best A4 MFP Manufacturer, and Best Production Print Manufacturer acknowledge the manufacturer that provides the best overall quality product line and support. The award for Best-in-Class Manufacturer recognizes the manufacturer that provides the highest level of support overall and is the “easiest” to do business with, which facilitates excellent communication between the manufacturer’s corporate headquarters and the independent dealer. The awards for Best ECM/Document Management Software Provider and Best Print Management Software Provider recognize the company that provides outstanding products and support, allowing the dealer to compete effectively in the marketplace. The Best Leasing Company Award acknowledges the leasing provider who offers an outstanding mix of lease options, competitive rates, superior service, and who communicates effectively with the dealer.
The Best IT Services Provider Award recognizes the third-party IT services company that provides the dealer with quality support and services that enables the dealer to provide customers with a superior IT service experience. The Awards for Best Female and Male Executive honor those executives who provide effective leadership within their organizations and in their interactions with the dealer community.
