The Cannata Report will present its 2018 Frank Awards on November 8 during its 33rd Annual Awards & Charities Dinner at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, NJ.
Nine of the 10 awards are based on dealer voting in The Cannata Report’s 33rd Annual Survey. In addition, a Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Tom Johnson. This year’s Survey, sponsored by TIAA, yielded the greatest number of participants in the history of the Survey with 338 dealers participating, resulting in a competitive field of nominees across the nine award categories.
The awards for Best A3 MFP Manufacturer, Best A4 MFP Manufacturer, and Best Production Print Manufacturer acknowledge the manufacturer that provides the best overall quality product line and support. The award for Best-in-Class Manufacturer recognizes the manufacturer that provides the highest level of support overall and is the “easiest” to do business with, which facilitates excellent communication between the manufacturer’s corporate headquarters and the independent dealer. The Best Software and Services Provider Award is for the company that provides outstanding products and support, allowing the dealer to compete effectively in the marketplace. The Best Leasing Company Award recognizes the leasing providers who provide an outstanding mix of lease options, competitive rates, superior service, and who communicate effectively with the dealer.
