This year’s ConnectWise IT Nation Connect was the largest ever, with 6,500 attendees, including more than 4,000 who traveled to Orlando, Florida, to attend in person.

Jeff Bishop and Jake Varghese discussed what’s coming for the ConnectWise Asio platform in 2024 and beyond. One of those enhancements, ConnectWise RPA is designed to reduce labor costs by enabling teams to automate more of the repetitive, time-consuming processes. According to ConnectWise, this will greatly improve service delivery and customer satisfaction for managed service providers.
Jake Varghese delves deeper into enhancements to the Asio platform by introducing ConnectWise Sidekick, a tool for the IT channel that enhances business efficiency through hyperautomation and AI. According to ConnectWise, it automates triage, summarization, and resolution suggestions, resulting in faster service ticket resolution times and consistent exceptional customer experiences. The bot centralizes information access within Microsoft Teams and facilitates streamlined team updates.
Jesse Cole, founder of the Savannah Bananas baseball team, delivered a high-energy, entertaining keynote about creating unforgettable customer experiences.
