Jillian Fund Fast Track (Top)
The Jillian Fund’s Chief Ambassador George Gorman celebrates with the many guests gathered at The Venetian in Garfield, N.J., on October 24 by hoisting the big check signifying the $184,320 presented by the Jillian Fund to support The Jillian Fund Joseph M. Sanzari Social Work Program at the Children’s Cancer Institute of the Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital, part of the Hackensack Meridian Health network. This three-year joint venture will help support the hiring of a social worker to focus on bone marrow transplant, neuro-oncology, and Car-T patients and their families. This year’s gala raised a total of $386,000. The Jillian Fund Gala has raised more than $1.6 million over the past five years to provide financial support for the families of juvenile cancer patients.
